Should you have any questions, please let us know. You can reach us at info@lrbiz.com.
Our office space provides short-term, flexible workspaces—such as private offices, hot desks, meeting and conference rooms—where users can adjust size and duration as needs change. Lakes Region Business Center offers an affordable alternative to traditional office rentals by providing flexible workspaces, a professional environment with a built in community.
We offer a variety of spaces designed to suit your needs. Our members come from a wide variety of professions, whether you need a conference room for an hour, a private office for the day, or a training space for your team: We have a space for you.
Membership allows you to drop in and use available open workspaces during our standard hours between 5 am & 9 pm. Availability is not guaranteed, but members may use open “hot desk” spaces at no additional cost when they are open and unreserved.
To guarantee a specific workspace, reservations must be made in advance through our booking calendar. Reserved spaces are billed at the applicable hourly member or non-member rate.
Depending on your membership tier, a set number of office booking hours are included, along with access to Business Coaching – Growth Strategies meetings led by Michelle Palys.
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed monthly. Please refer to the PRICING tab for full options & details.
Monthly membership billing can be canceled at any time by emailing info@lrbiz.com 14 days prior to your next billing date.
Please provide notice of 72 hours before your scheduled time for a refund.
Cancellations made within the 72 hour window prior to booked time will be charged the standard booking fee for the time that had been reserved.
A hot desk is a workspace that has not been booked in the calendar and is available to members on a first come, first serve, basis. A dedicated desk is one that has been booked and paid for making it guaranteed to be available for the time frame it is needed.
A Hot Desk option is any available desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check calendar before you set up to see if space is reserved now, or will be during the time you plan to be here. Paid, reserved space takes precedence over hot desk use of the space.
Once you are added into our system by emailing us at info@lrbiz.com, you can book your space using our scheduling calendar HERE.
Spaces are available for booking and drop in use by members from 5 am-9 pm, 7 days a week.
There are lockers in the hall for anyone who needs to secure belongings while using the business center. Please keep track of the key and remove all belongings from your locker before leaving for the day.
