Frequently Asked Questions

Should you have any questions, please let us know. You can reach us at info@lrbiz.com.

A co-working space is a shared work environment where freelancers, remote workers, and entrepreneurs can work along side each other. It offers an affordable alternative to traditional office rentals by providing flexible workspaces, a professional environment with a built in community.

We offer a variety of spaces designed to suit your needs. Our members come from a wide variety of professions, whether you need a conference room for an hour, a private office for the day, or a training space for your team: We have a space for you.

Membership allows you to drop in to use open spaces if one is available during our standard open hours. There is no guarantee that one will be available, but there is no booking fee for members who choose to drop in and use one of our “hot desk” open spaces. To guarantee the space you need is available to you, it needs to be booked in advance into our calendar at the hourly member/non member rate.

Membership: A membership fee will be set up and billed monthly.

Monthly membership billing can be canceled at any time by emailing info@lrbiz.com 14 days prior to your next billing date.

Please provide notice of 72 hours before your scheduled time for a refund.

Cancellations made within the 72 hour window prior to booked time will be charged the standard booking fee for the time that had been reserved.

A hot desk is a workspace that has not been booked in the calendar and is available to members on a first come, first serve, basis. A dedicated desk is one that has been booked and paid for making it guaranteed to be available for the time frame it is needed.

A Hot Desk option is any available desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check calendar before you set up to see if space is reserved now, or will be during the time you plan to be here. Paid, reserved space takes precedence over hot desk use of the space.
